RETURNS POLICY

The purpose of The Level S.r.l. ("the Seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on fornasetti.com. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by sending the package via the courier indicated by the Seller (UPS), or via another shipping company, only after completing the return authorization request (Return Authorization Number) which you find online in the Customer Service area to obtain the return number. However, it is not possible to change the chosen item with another.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

A. The return authorization request must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within 14 working days from the delivery date. If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund the price of the products purchased, with you only being responsible for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller. If you decide to use the UPS courier, however, you will not have to pay the return costs yourself, the Seller will in fact pay the UPS courier on your behalf, withholding from the refund a sum equal to the cost previously incurred for delivery of the purchased products to your home. If you decide to use a different shipping company, you will have to pay the return costs yourself. 2. REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
