The Fornasetti panettone recipe is made with the traditional ingredients of this classic Milanese dessert, including raisins, candied orange and citron peel, combined with saffron threads for an unconventional flavour.
To fully enjoy its flavours and aromas, we recommend serving the Fornasetti panettone at room temperature or warming it in the oven. Ideally, it should be eaten within 45 days of the production date indicated on the box.

Ingredients: Type 0 soft WHEAT flour, water, BUTTER, granulated sugar, sourdough starter, pasteurised EGG YOLK, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), raisins (sultanas, sunflower oil), candied citron (citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), honey, orange peel paste, salt, malt, saffron.
